Initially, we had very few resources to strike interest in those discovering Kessler West. To establish a baseline for the envisioned community, we relied on a mix of editorial art, renders, and mid-century imagery to speak to the values of the KW community.
Since each garage was designed to have a car lift, classic sports cars were our "HOA" social posts for future residents and auto enthusiasts.
As a result of our efforts, the first phase of townhomes sold that year.

For our paid media campaigns that followed, we concentrated on testing and discovering audiences that would generate followers, clicks, and booked appointments. Above is a sample of three of these audiences that engaged with Kessler West's social, blog, and website.
LAUNCH PARTY
To further build on the exclusivity and PR, we developed a launch party that celebrated art, community, and luxury at one of the townhome units of Kessler West. Guests included Dallas' premier agents, celebrity realtors, partners, and other local personalities.
